Great River is proud to be one of the few consultants who have been chosen to provide engineering services under the Missouri Department of Transportation’s “Transportation Engineering Assistance Program (TEAP). This program is set up to provide communities with engineering assistance for off-system roadways in Missouri. This program fully funds small engineering studies such as traffic counts, warrant analysis, sign inventories, and many other studies that communities need to address.
