Great River provides a full range of services for site development including surveying, site plans, grading plans, parking lot design, road design, sediment and erosion control plans, storm water conveyance and detention design, and water and sewer systems design. Our project experience ranges from the planning and design of small sites to master planning and design of large multifaceted commercial developments.
We focus on working with the existing site to minimize construction costs while trying to maintain natural features to the largest extent possible. Our engineers try to balance the vision of the client with design constraints such as project costs, site characteristics, environmental considerations, and regulatory requirements.
